General Returns Policy

Returns Policy Overview


You may return products sold and fulfilled by AntiSlipTapeShop.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the error was caused by AntiSlipTapeShop.com. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We may pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Bespoke items made to order WILL NOT be refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to a return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly or replacement goods may be sent. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Items that are Not Returnable


AntiSlipTapeShop.com will not accept returns of bespoke items made to you specific requirements or materials that have been part used.


Partial Refunds


Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
Any item that has obvious signs of use
Any item not returned in the condition it was received


Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, or if you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at AntiSlipTapeShop.com


Large Items Shipped By Specialty Carriers


We are happy to accept returns for large items that are shipped via our specialty shippers. These items do require a special type of return. If you need to return an item shipped via a specialty shipper, please contact us through our website, AntiSlipTapeShop.com request the return. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item. Note: Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.


In-Store Returns


Items purchased from AntiSlipTapeShop.com cannot be returned to a physical store.


Receiving a Refund


We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return. If you are due a refund for non-returnable items, such as bespoke items, we'll issue a refund when you contact us.
For items sent back to AntiSlipTapeShop.com expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

Calculating Your Refund



The amount of your refund depends on a number of factors.
Full refund: Issued for items that meet our returns guide lines.
Partial refunds: Issued for items that do not completely meet our returns guidelines. Examples:
Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
Any item that has obvious signs of use
Any item not returned in the condition it was received
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50 percent of item's price.
These items may also incur a 15% restocking fee, this also includes wrongly ordered and unwanted items.
